First, the order receiving part of the freight forwarding operation process
In principle, order-taking should become the "top priority" in daily work. Usually the order must be fast and efficient. Confirm the operability of the business in the shortest time and arrange it. The orderer usually asks to confirm the following three basic information within 15 minutes after receiving the authorization letter.
(Note) For some information that cannot be confirmed in a short period of time, it must still be arranged and tracked in time. For example, depending on customer and operational needs, move it to the next link, then follow up on that process to ensure orderly operation of the next link.

1. Review customer commissioned content and confirm customer service requirements (customer service or order assistant)
(1) The order receiver must review the customer's entrustment content in advance.
(2) The order taker must confirm the customer service requirements in advance. (Customer Service or Order Waiter)





2. Freight check and confirmation (customer service or order taker)
After the customer service staff receives the booking form, the shipping and other service charges must be confirmed.
1. For the business of the sales department, it is necessary to check with the salesperson whether the freight and other service charges are correct. The salesperson will sign and confirm the booking form, and then book the corresponding cabin company. (Note) In special circumstances, you can verbally confirm with the salesperson, and the salesperson will return to the company for signature confirmation.
2. For company business, it must be confirmed with the relevant market personnel or production line supervisor in time before booking.
3. Confirm that the cabin (customer service or order attendant) confirms that the feedback meets the required level according to the customer's entrustment.


Second, the booking part of the freight forwarding operation process
Generally, bookings must be arranged 7 days before the intended sailing date. For shipping companies that can accept commissions in advance, they should get the first bookings. In the peak season, it should be appropriately advanced according to market conditions.
Generally, bookings should be made within 5 working days prior to the planned sailing date. Business assignments made within this period generally require bookings to be made within the order date and within one business day at the latest.

Third, trailer/interior (scheduling)
The trailer, interior and/or customs declaration requirements entrusted by the customer must be reviewed in advance according to the shipping company, the terminal, the nature of the goods and the market environment, etc. For unreasonable arrangements with hidden dangers, try to negotiate and adjust with the customer and inform the reasons and risks.
