1. Basis for container release and handover

2. Division of Handover Responsibilities
(1) The handover between the ship and the port is bounded by the ship's edge.
(2) The handover between the port side and the cargo side (or its agent) and the inland (road) carrier is bounded by the port side inspection bridge.
(3) The handover between the yard and the transfer station and the cargo owner (or its agent) and the inland (road) carrier is bounded by the yard and the crossing of the transfer station.

3. Handover of imported heavy boxes and suitcases
